Thank you, Urshwin

Today we say thank you to Urshwin Engel as he closes an important chapter with School of Hard Knocks and begins a new one.

Over many years, Urshwin’s journey through SoHK has been a special one to witness — starting as a Coach, growing into a Team Leader, and later stepping into leadership roles as NxtGenMen Lead, Programme Manager, and Team Lead Mentor.

Across every chapter, he brought commitment, care, humour, challenge, and a genuine belief in young people and the impact of SoHK's work. His work has touched thousands of participants, communities, colleagues, and partners, and his contribution to the organisation has left a lasting mark.

One of the privileges of building organisations is getting to see people grow — and sometimes that means cheering them on as they step into new opportunities.
