NxtGenMothers

NxtGenMothers is designed to provide mothers and mothers-to-be with the mental health resources to deal with the challenges they face today.

Proudly partnering with Aware.org, we introduce participants to the dangers of Fetal Alcohol Syndrome (FAS) and provide them with a safe and supportive space to explore healthy coping strategies.

Healthy Mothers, Healthy Children

Maternal mental health directly affects child development and well-being. Children of mothers with untreated mental health conditions are at higher risk of physical, emotional, behavioural, and cognitive problems.

The NxtGenMothers programme is our exciting new programme for mothers and mothers-to-be.
